Your first email, on the same day we received your order, was about adding your VAT number to the placed order. Adding a VAT number would change the amount to be paid. We have tried to resolve this but were unable to reach you.
I will refund your entire order. If you wish to place a new order, please fill in your VAT details when ordering. Our webshop charges 0% VAT after validation of your VAT number in the EU VIES database.
We serve hundreds of customers every week, many of whom are returning customers and have been buying from us for years. I hope you accept our explanation so that we can regain your trust.
